Construction has started on Ptarmigan Park on the Metropolis Grid

My plan is for this region to be a little different from the Ptarmigan Park on OSgrid.  I should have it completed in about a week.

I am setting up a region on the Metropolis Grid!

No I am not leaving OSgrid.  When OSgrid is back online, I plan on maintaining the regions I currently have there. 
I am setting up a single region called Ptarmigan Park on the Metropolis grid because that's where a lot of the "cool kids" hang out and I can learn much from them!
